Rhodium Cyanide, Rh(CN)3

Rhodium Cyanide, Rh(CN)3, is obtained by decomposing potassium rhodicyanide with acetic acid, when it is precipitated as a red powder. It is soluble in potassium cyanide, and on heating to redness decomposes, yielding metallic rhodium. Acids attack it only with difficulty.
